Toddler ProgramCasa/Primary Program
Toddler Program
The following Toddler Programs include meals.
| Pre-care | 8:00am – 8:30am | $22.00/ per day |
| Full-Day | 8:30am – 3:30pm | $22.00/ per day |
| After-care | 3:30pm – 5:30pm | $22.00/ per day |
Important Notes:
- Along with your child’s tuition, there is one-time Registration fee of $200 (new students).
- A $200 non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of enrollment, which will
be applied to the June invoice. - The payment methods that must be used when paying fees (e-transfer or cheque) and the
schedule for making payments (every 1st of a month) - The monthly tuition is base fee.
- A processing fee of $25.00 (non-base fee) will be charged for all NSF cheques.
- Any overpayment may be refunded or credited.
- Fees are usually non-refundable for missed days (illness, vacation).
- Meals are supplied and provided by WMS – Toddler program ONLY
- Pre-care (8:00 – 8:30am) IF not at full capacity.
- After-care (3:30 – 5:30pm) IF not at full capacity.
- WMS is a part of Govt of Canada’s child care cost reduction program (CWELCC).
- Priority is given for siblings of students, Alumni families, Families who attend the tour,
children of staff member. - Parents are required to give two calendar months’ notice prior to withdrawal of child from
the centre. - If fee remain outstanding after the due date (every 1
st of a month), a late fee $25 (nonbase fee) per day will be charged for an outstanding balance after the due date. - A late pick-up fee of $25.00 (non-base fee) will be charged for all late pickups. $25 flat
rate plus $2 per minute for late pick up. (At 5:31 you will be charged $27).
| Meal Plan: For any special dietary or feeding arrangements, written consent must be obtained from parents and kept in child’s file. The arrangement must be carried out in accordance with the written instructions of a parent of the child. |
Casa/Primary Program
The following Casa/Primary Programs do not include meals.
