Westboro Montessori School Enrolment
Procedure

The admissions process can take place at any time of the year. However, we advise parents of prospective students to apply as soon as possible for entry into our program for following September. If our class is full, your application form will be processed and your child's name will be placed on a waiting list for entry as soon as a space for him/ her becomes available.

Procedure:
1. Once you have visited the school, met with the Director, and wish to enroll your child, please submit the application form with a non-refundable application fee of $150.00 to: Admissions, Westboro Montessori School, 307 Richmond Road, Ottawa, ON K1Z 6X3.
2. An interview for your child will be arranged with a Class Teacher. We recommend parents to be present.
3. Upon notification of your child's acceptance, your child will be fully enrolled once you have submitted to the Office a signed Parents' Agreement Form, initial payment of $1,000 (deposit) and post-dated cheques for the balance of the school year tuition.
4. All additional paperwork (medical and information forms etc.) must be completed and return to the school office as soon as possible.

Note: When steps 1 - 3 are completed, your child is considered to be enrolled
